US orders over $75 ship for free!

Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage which includes tracking info.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 days and most within 24 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and major holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

At present, we only ship internationally to Canada.  Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage.

Please note, it is against our policy to mark the customs form as "gift". We are not responsible for any customs/duties fees and unfortunately, have no control over the rate charged by receiving country.


International tracking numbers are now available in most destination countries for all methods of shipment. A note about USPS shipments: due to the fact that USPS packages leave the USPS system once in the destination county, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered international packages.


LOCAL AREA RESIDENTS:
For those who live near Edmond, OK we offer a pick-up service. Please choose this option on the first page of check out - this will add free local pickup to your cart. We will notify you when your order is ready!

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We love our customers & make every effort to be accurate. If there is a problem with your order such as wrong item sent or a flaw in your fabric, please contact us within 21 days by email (info@andisquiltco.com) and we will be happy to work with you.

Due to the nature of custom cut orders, we do not typically accept fabric returns unless there is a flaw or error on your order. Sale fabric and gift certificates are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns on patterns & books due to copyright laws.

Cancelled fabric orders that have not yet shipped, but have already been custom cut will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
