Taming Your Serger

Did you get a new serger for Christmas, or has yours been stuck in a box for years because of frustration or fear?  This is the class for you!  You will be taken every step of the way from threading tips and identifying your tools in your toolkit to learning various serger techniques, such as rolled hemming, flat locking, elastic application, and gathering, while recording all machine settings in your class notebook.  You will be able to return to your notebook later to make these same stitches perfectly.  Adjusting thread tensions to your specific machine to get that perfect stitch will no longer be scary.  You will leave class feeling confident to start serging and experimenting on your own!
