We provide maintenance and service on all Janome sewing machine models. We have a Certified Janome Service Tech on staff to take care of your machine(s). Eric trained at Janome USA headquarters in New Jersey to receive the distinction of being a CERTIFIED service tech.
Maintenance and service are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. The reason for this policy is that we do not want to hold your machine hostage for weeks, months, or even years, and deprive you of being able to use it. Typically we won't take your machine in if we can't turn it around in a week, providing that no issues arise during maintenance. If there is and issue that needs to be addressed, such as ordering a part or parts, it could take a bit longer to have your machine ready. In this instance we will always contact you to confirm how you want to proceed.
Please call our store at (405) 562-3134 and ask for Eric. He will then schedule an appointment for you to bring your machine in. Also, please expect to spend some time with Eric checking your machine in (no drop and runs!). He will do an assessment of your machine before you leave, so that there are no surprises for either party. Rest assured that Eric is probably THE most thorough Janome service tech you will ever meet, and he wants to make sure that when you pick your baby up it is perfect for you!
